Maintenance
- Top room, one wall has damp in inner wall
- Some windows don’t have handles or bottom latches
- Painting of ceilings and rooms
- Geyser in upper bathroom needs to be enclosed
- The sliding door in the top bathroom needs fixing
- Kitchen (Foyer) wooden sliding door (sanding, paint & varnish)
- Window-frames needs to be painted
- Walls in the garden and outside needs to be painted
- Damp seeping through some walls needs to be fixed
- The gutters need fixing
- The roofs of 4 buildings needs to be fixed (replaced) and painted
- Need a completely new camera surveillance system
- Service of oven and gas stove
- New bath and tiles for one bathroom
- Fix water pump on JOJO tank
